Who we are
BROLIS is a high-tech company that develops and manufactures electro-optical systems for surveillance, reconnaissance and targeting - laser designators, thermal vision systems, night vision equipment and other modern military devices, sold worldwide. We are currently recruiting a Quality Control Engineer to join our quality team in Vilnius, who will be responsible for the quality of our products and its control during production.
Nature of work
- Working with the most advanced military electro-optical devices, such as thermal imaging and night vision devices;
- Quality control of BROLIS optomechanical and laser systems during production;
- Pre-production inspection of production components (lenses, electronics, etc.);
- Quality control of devices or their parts visually or using specialized equipment;
- Calibration and final quality control of manufactured devices;
- Maintaining a tidy and clean dynamic work environment, filling in registers.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education and basic knowledge of electronics, mechanics or optomechanics;
- Experience in the field of quality control or in a field requiring fine motor skills and visual inspection;
- Ability to concentrate and work effectively in a serial production environment, performing fine motor tasks;
- Ability to read, understand and correctly interpret technical documentation in Lithuanian and English;
- Ability to collect, analyze and present quality data, take quality improvement actions and strive for improvement;
- Attention to detail, diligence and a sense of responsibility.
IMPORTANT: the selected candidate will have to obtain a permit to work with classified information and will be required to submit a medical certificate in the form of 049a.
