Nature of work
- Maintaining existing customers and maintaining long-term relationships;
- Analysis of customer needs and preparation of commercial offers;
- Administration of contracts and control of their implementation;
- Coordination of orders and cooperation with internal company departments;
- Monitoring sales results, preparing reports and analyzing activities;
- Consulting customers on production, pricing and supply issues;
- Presenting new products to customers and coordinating their introduction to the market;
- Planning, coordinating with customers and controlling their implementation of promotions.
Employee requirements
- Experience working with customers or in a commercial field;
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to plan, organize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Result-oriented and customer satisfaction;
- Good command of English (verbal and written).
