Employee requirements
At least 3 years of experience in managing the operation and maintenance of real estate (business centers, shopping and leisure centers or other large buildings);
Ability to plan and organize building operation, maintenance and repair work;
Knowledge of building structures and engineering systems;
Certificates of responsibility for electrical management, works and fire safety - an advantage.
