As a Communications and Content Assistant, you will:
- You will create video content on your phone - I will film and photograph company events, interviews, employees and the daily life of the organization.
- You will edit the video material and adapt it to different communication channels.
- You will contribute to the administration and content planning of the company's social networks.
- You will work together with the communication team in implementing campaigns, projects and various initiatives.
We hope you:
- You can film with a phone or camera and edit short video content.
- You know how to work with tools such as CapCut, Canva, etc.
- You understand social networks and notice what content works on them.
- You have good Lithuanian and English language skills.
- You are communicative and proactive.
- You are able to independently plan your work, meet deadlines and take care of details.
- You are curious, proactive, follow social media trends and constantly try out new forms of content.
Professional work experience is not necessary - what you already know how to create is more important to us. This can be personal projects, study papers, social media content or other examples of your work.
Advantages if:
- You have administered social media accounts.
- You have created content for a company, organization or personal project.
- Have a background in photography, videography or graphic design.
- Have experience with B2B or employer brand communication.
