What will need to be done?
- I will advise food manufacturers on safety and quality management issues – from HACCP plans to required programs and compliance documents.
- I will accompany clients on the path to certification (ISO 22000, FSSC, BRC, IFS, GMP+, Global GAP) – from preparation to successful audit.
- I will work directly at clients' locations: conduct audits, assessments, help solve real production situations.
- I will help new manufacturers prepare for the start of operations and ensure smooth product launch.
- I will provide expert advice on quality, regulatory and production issues.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher education in food safety, technology or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of food safety and quality.
- Practical knowledge of HACCP and international standards (ISO 22000, FSSC, BRC, IFS, GMP+, Global GAP). Global GAP experience and knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food production processes and quality management systems.
- Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements to customers - verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently with customers and take responsibility for results.
- Good Lithuanian language skills and English language skills for working with customers and professional documentation.
