About us:

Women Go Tech is an organization shaping the future of people in tech. As the first initiative in Lithuania dedicated to helping women build careers in the industry, we stand for equal opportunities, diversity, and empowering talent to thrive in a fast-evolving digital world.

Our mission has since grown across the CEE region, with a strong focus on Poland and Lithuania – and today, our ecosystem brings together 29,000+ women. We work on two equal fronts: mentorship that helps women break into and grow in tech, and AI upskilling that equips people with the skills to thrive in an AI-driven world – a commitment recognized with the European Digital Skills Award and the AI for Public Good Award, and backed this year by a €2.3M grant from Google.org to upskill at least 11,000 people across CEE.

Key responsibilities:

1. Email Marketing
Tool: Mailerlite, Omnisend.
Own email marketing end-to-end: strategy, content, and sequence build for both engagement and conversion — newsletters, onboarding flows, program-specific and transactional emails.

Continuously test and optimize: subject lines, send times, segmentation, and flow structure, based on open/click/conversion data.

Report on performance and translate metrics into concrete next actions, not just numbers.
Use AI tools to speed up copy drafts and segment audiences.

Goal: grow and engage the subscriber base, and lift open/click/conversion rates — a key 2026 communications KPI.

2. Social Media
Primary channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.

Plan and create content that has one clear job: driving registrations and attendance to WGT events (webinars, offline meetups).

Adapt messaging and format per channel and per event stage (announcement, reminder, last-call, replay).

Use AI-assisted tools (Canva, CapCut, AI copy tools) to move fast without sacrificing quality.

3. Webinars
Help in webinars organization: planning, registration flow, and logistics.

Run the full communication cycle around each webinar — announcement, reminders, day-of, and post-event follow-up (recording, next steps).

Who you'll work with:

1. CEO (your direct lead) — with a marketing background and strategic oversight.
2. External partners: freelance content support (during busy periods), performance marketing specialist.

Success in this role looks like:

1. Subscriber base growth, and measurable lift in open/click/conversion rates.
2. Strong webinar registration-to-attendance rates, and an engaged community around them.
3. Content and campaigns that convert audiences into applicants for Acceleration (mentorship) and AI programs.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 2+ years in email marketing, marketing projects management, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
2. A portfolio (we do not expect the nice view, links to work would work perfectly) or track record showing capabilities to create content.

Skills:

1. Data-informed: comfortable reading email and social performance metrics and turning them into optimizations, not just reporting them.
2. AI-fluent: using AI tools daily to speed up copy, content, and analysis is expected, not optional.
3. Strong organizational skills — you'll run multiple live campaigns.
4. Self-driven but a strong collaborator, comfortable working directly with the CEO.

Our recruitment process:

1. Application review — we'll go through all submitted applications carefully.
2. Introductory call (20 min)
3. Task stage — a task reflecting real work in this role, no more than 3 hours, presented to the CEO.
4. Optional follow-up — an informal chat if needed, no preparation expected.
5. Offer.
6. Start — we're ready to onboard as soon as you're available.

What We Offer:

1. Salary before the tax deduction Eur.
2. A team that values clarity, proof, and community — and works with heart.
3. A chance to make a tangible impact: your work will support hundreds of women transitioning into tech careers through WGT.

Women Go Tech is more than just a mentorship program - it’s a movement shaping the future of women in tech. As the very first initiative in Lithuania dedicated to helping women requalify and thrive in the technology sector, we stand for equal opportunities, diversity, and the empowerment of talent to succeed in a fast-evolving digital world.

But our mission doesn’t stop here. In 2023, we expanded our reach across Central and Eastern Europe, and in 2024, we’re taking a bold step forward - introducing AI-focused programs to equip at least 20,000 women with cutting-edge knowledge in this transformative field.

And we’re not slowing down. In 2025, Women Go Tech joined forces with DareIT Poland, combining our expertise, passion, and networks to build an even stronger, more impactful community. Now, with 70,000 women in our ecosystem, we’re setting our sights on something bigger: by 2026, we aim to empower 300,000 women with digital skills and career opportunities, redefining the future of tech - together.

The movement is growing. The future is ours to shape. Are you ready to be part of it?
