Marketing Manager

We are looking for someone who thinks strategically, works practically and bases decisions on data. Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Edrauda's marketing strategy according to the budget.
• Prepare marketing plans from idea to implementation.
• Prioritize initiatives according to business goals and impact on results.
• Generate creative campaign ideas.
• Coordinate campaign implementation together with agencies, developers and internal teams.
• Contribute to UX and conversion optimization.
• Monitor campaign results, analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Work with key KPIs: traffic, conversions, CAC, LTV.
• Test hypotheses, optimize channels and continuously improve results.
• Identify new channels and growth opportunities to scale online sales.
• Actively contribute to improving the product and customer experience.

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing (strong digital marketing background is an advantage).
• Strategic thinking and ability to see both the big picture and the details.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with numbers.
• Experience with both performance and non-performance channels, campaign analysis and conversion optimization.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions and take responsibility.
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate with different partners.
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher).
