CASE4YOU is a retail chain of phone accessories operating in Lithuania for more than 12 years.
We are growing and strengthening our team, introducing new positions, so we are looking for a retail store manager in Vilnius who would coordinate the work of the stores, be close to the team and help achieve good sales results.
This is a position for someone who enjoys active work in stores, sales, team motivation and daily achievement of results.

What will need to be done?
- Coordinate the work of CASE4YOU stores in Vilnius.
- Regularly visit stores, communicate with the team and help solve daily situations.
- Ensure the implementation of sales plans.
- Motivate, train and develop the sales team.
- Participate in the selection and introduction of new employees.
- Analyze sales results and look for what can be improved.
- Monitor product balances, replenishment, displays and general store order.
- If necessary, get involved in sales yourself and set an example for the team.
We hope you:
- You have experience in retail.
- You have a good understanding of the sales process and customer service.
- You know how to work with a team, motivate them and organize their work.
- You are responsible, proactive and result-oriented.
- You are able to quickly solve everyday situations.
- You understand the rhythm of retail and are flexible in terms of working hours.
- You have a category B driver's license and driving experience.
- You notice details: order, displays, product presentation and the general appearance of the store.
