Medical receptionist at the Dental Clinic

Altadenta – a modern dental clinic operating in Kaunas, providing the highest quality treatment and aesthetic services, is looking for an energetic, responsible and empathetic medical receptionist.

In our team, we value collegiality, a responsible approach to work and a desire to improve together with the clinic.

Full-time workload (1.0 full-time position) and a clear work schedule on weekdays 08:00 - 17:00.

Patient registration by phone and in person;
High-quality customer consultation;
Answering electronic inquiries;
Cash and bank card transactions (working with a cash register);
Ordering work tools;
Assistance to doctors and the manager;
Communication within the team;
Other tasks that help ensure the smooth operation of the dental clinic.

Work experience in the medical sector and/or reception is an advantage;
Excellent computer skills;
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, English - good (verbal and written), Russian - an advantage;
Diligence, responsibility, punctuality, positivity.

Work in a professional, modern and aesthetic clinic environment;
All necessary tools and clothing for work.
