Nature of work
- to carry out accounting, inventory, protection and storage of museum collections;
- to consult, serve museum visitors, familiarize visitors with museum expositions and exhibitions within their competence;
- to research museum collections, publish research results;
- to supervise the museum's internal expositions and storage facilities;
- to digitize cultural assets;
- to develop concepts for expositions and exhibitions, implement them, participate in preparing exhibitions of other institutions that correspond to the profile of museum collections, and compile topographic descriptions of expositions and exhibitions;
- to prepare educational programs and conduct educational classes and excursions;
- to initiate, prepare and carry out project activities;
- to organize and conduct events that correspond to the profile of the museum's activities.
Employee requirements
- have at least higher education, acquired before 2009, or special secondary education, acquired before 1995;
- have computer literacy skills;
- know the rules of clerical work, fluently express thoughts in writing and orally in the state language;
- be able to work with MS Office or an analogous software package;
- know at least one foreign language;
- be able to independently organize one's activities, systematize and analyze the information received;
- know the basic principles of communication and cooperation and ethical norms.

- timely payment of salary: basic salary from 1663 to 1785 EUR before taxes (depending on work experience);

Work specificity
- workplace – Šeduva Local History Museum, Burbiškis Manor History Museum (and other museum departments as needed);
- working week – 5 working days (40-hour work week), work depending on the season from Tuesday to Saturday or from Wednesday to Sunday;
- working hours: – depending on the season 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00 (with a 1-hour lunch break).

Daugyvenes Cultural History Museum-Reserve is the only such complex Museum in Lithuania, whose indoor and outdoor expositions reflect the 1st millennium BC. BC. 14th century. archaeological cultures, the history of Lithuanian manors and villages, culture, architecture, landscape, the art of creating manor parks, historical greenery, and technical heritage. The museum consists of four departments: Burbiškis Manor History Museum, Kleboniškės Village Household Museum, Raginėnai Archaeological Complex, Šeduva Local History Museum. The museum actively organizes cultural and educational activities. When organizing activities, the museum applies the method of knowledge through experience, when visitors can learn about the heritage not only by observing and examining the values, but also by touching it. The museum is widely visited by Lithuanian and foreign tourists.
