In this position, you will:
What do we expect?
We offer:
- Ensure a smooth real estate rental administration process: communicate with tenants, organize inspections of objects, coordinate the conclusion of contracts and resolve daily issues;
- Ensure that the objects are tidy and ready for rent: organize cleaning, minor repairs and supervise service providers;
- Manage the advertising of real estate objects: place and update advertisements on portals and social networks;
- Coordinate the sales processes of real estate: organize inspections in Vilnius, communicate with buyers and help ensure a smooth transaction process;
- Supervise the activities of game rooms in Panevėžys remotely;
- If necessary, contribute to the organization of employee selections and equipment renewal;
- Actively contribute to the search for new clients and cooperation with schools, companies and other growth initiatives.
What do we expect?
- At least 2 years of experience in administration or customer service. If you have had to work with the real estate market, we would consider this a significant advantage;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, social networks, advertising portals, AI tools);
- Category B driver's license and own car;
- Responsible attitude to work and the ability to independently plan your working day and tasks;
- Sociability, flexibility and the ability to react quickly when solving problem situations.
