About the position:
You will join a team responsible for the management and smooth operation of modern warehouse real estate objects.
In this role, you will combine the administration of warranty defects, coordination of contractors and participation in the transfer processes of new objects. This is a position for someone who is interested in seeing tangible results of their work and making a real contribution to improving the quality of objects.

Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer the elimination of warranty defects in storage facilities
- Supervise the quality of work and compliance with deadlines of operation and maintenance partners
- Participate in the process of accepting new real estate objects into operation: record defects and monitor the progress of their elimination
- Organize the prompt resolution of technical problems
- Conduct regular inspections of objects
- Consult colleagues on technical building maintenance issues
- Provide suggestions on how to improve technical solutions and operational processes
We hope you:
- Understand the operation of building engineering systems, their maintenance and management
- Have experience in the field of operation, maintenance or warranty maintenance of real estate objects
- Read and understand technical drawings
- Have a higher education (engineering is an advantage) or relevant practical experience
- Have basic English
- You are organized, independent and able to prioritize tasks
