YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Maintenance and scheduled maintenance of building engineering systems and equipment;
- Performance of minor repairs (maintenance of electrical, plumbing, doors, furniture and other equipment);
- Prompt response to tenants' technical assistance requests and related service work;
- Collection of data on the use of building utilities (both through BMS and manually);
- Maintenance of building common areas, utility rooms and territory.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Have a technical, engineering or other related field of education (or relevant experience);
- Have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of maintenance of building engineering systems;
- Have a category B driver's license;
- Are responsible, organized, independent and able to promptly resolve technical issues;
- Having certificates of responsibility for the electricity and (or) heating industry is an advantage.
