Main responsibilities:

  • To form and manage a culture of Continuous Improvement, apply Continuous Improvement practices and implement the Continuous Improvement program at the LTG KC company level
  • To prepare a strategy for the implementation of the Continuous Improvement program at the LTG company, ensure the achievement of the established Continuous Improvement maturity level and set savings goals
  • To determine the directions and measures for achieving Continuous Improvement goals, monitor results and proactively initiate actions to ensure results
  • To develop, maintain and improve Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies, plan and manage the budget allocated for Continuous Improvement activities
  • To assess the maturity and culture of the application of Continuous Improvement tools, conduct audits
  • To ensure the development of competencies of managers and employees in the field of Continuous Improvement, implement the best practices available on the market, use internal communication tools
  • To plan, organize and supervise problem-solving sessions, participate in them as for a methodological manager
  • Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and turn them into initiatives and improvement or digitalization projects
  • Encourage employee initiatives, prioritize the most important ones, evaluate, approve and coordinate their implementation, ensure measurement of results
  • Analyze KPI indicators, assess changes and their causes, consult managers and make proposals for the implementation of specific indicators
  • Provide reports to management on the implementation of the Continuous Improvement Program, ongoing projects and initiatives, the benefits they generate, and provide recommendations for risk management and achieving results

What do we expect?

  • Higher university education
  • Work experience in implementing and applying continuous improvement (LEAN / Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence) methodologies
  • Knowledge and application of LEAN and other operational efficiency methods
  • Experience in working with performance indicators (KPI), knowledge and practical application of process improvement methodologies and tools
  • Public speaking, training and discussion moderation skills
  • Change management and project management skills (advantage)
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking methodologies (advantage)
  • Responsibility, ability to independently plan and manage workload, effectively solve problems and ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Initiative, analytical thinking, clear communication and orientation towards results and value creation
  • Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills (at least B2 level)

Monthly salary: €3,810.00 - €5,710.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.
