Nature of work
We are looking for a Shift Manager to supplement and strengthen our growing team, located in Vilnius, Svylos g. 16.
Teltonika's electronics manufacturing departments develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.
We create all the necessary conditions for each employee to improve their skills, gain detailed knowledge about the products we manufacture, and grow professionally in every way.

The salary for this position ranges from 16 Eur/h to 20 Eur/h (~2688 Eur – 3360 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence, with the possibility of receiving BONUSES.

In this position, you will:
- You will work in shifts (I 6:30-15:00; II 15:00-23:30)
- You will be responsible for organizing the process of the internal logistics department - from the entry of components into production to the transfer of the manufactured semi-finished product to another department.
- You will participate in the implementation of the LEAN system, you will have wide opportunities for the implementation of production efficiency ideas.
- You will be responsible for the completeness of components and assemblies issued from the warehouse and their supply to production, as well as the timely return of residues back to the warehouse.
- You will perform an analysis of raw material deficiencies, organize the inventory process and process data.
- You will plan and redistribute resources according to the employment of a specific day in production.
- You will implement the goals of internal logistics of the shift, analyze the results, and submit reports.
- You will delegate responsibilities to subordinate employees, evaluate their productivity and the quality of the work performed.
- You will be responsible for ensuring occupational safety.
What we expect from you:
- Higher / higher education (in the fields of electronics, mechanics, telecommunications or radio-electronic equipment - would be an advantage).
- Good foundations in the field of optimization and improvement of production processes.
- Ability to apply LEAN, PPI tools.
- Ability to build a team, delegate tasks, maintain a good emotional climate.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- English language skills at B1-B2 level.
- We will consider Russian language skills and experience in a manufacturing company as advantages.

Salary:
