- UAB „Kaita Group“
In this position you:
- Represent UAB "KAITA Group" in built and newly built projects in Vilnius;
- Organize and conduct meetings with clients;
- Be proactive and provide proposals that meet clients' expectations for the acquisition of apartments and commercial premises;
- Accompany clients throughout the entire real estate acquisition process - from the first meeting, reservation agreement to signing the sales contract at a notary.
What do we expect?
- Have at least 2 years of successful work experience in real estate sales;
- Able to adapt to customer needs, analyze information and make proposals;
- Able to communicate smoothly and confidently in writing, by phone and during live meetings;
- Knowledgeable about real estate and constantly interested in market changes and news;
- Have a category B driver's license.
