Sales Manager

Job Description
We are looking for someone who “just does the job” is not acceptable. We need an energetic, motivated professional who can:

Conduct home inspections with clients.
Communicate with potential clients, help them make decisions.
Communicate from the first contact to the decision.
Actively participate in the sales process and look for opportunities to improve it.
Monitor customer experience and provide suggestions for process improvement.
Cooperate with the internal team on project implementation issues.

Working hours: (Can be adjusted and work every other weekend.) Kaunas district grove.

Monday from 9-16
Wednesday from 9-16
Friday from 9-16
Saturday from 10-15
Sunday from 10-15

A burning desire to sell and earn.
Internal motivation to improve and achieve results.
Initiative – the ability to work independently, to propose solutions.
Proactive approach to work – you see problems before they arise.
Responsibility and self-control – you are responsible for the result, and not looking for excuses.
Communicative skills, clear language, self-confidence.
Driver's license (Cat. B) – required.

Motivating remuneration model (fixed + sales bonuses). average 3000€/month
