Nature of work
- Active sales of the company's products (ventilation, air conditioning equipment and materials) to installers, real estate developers, end customers in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia;
- Active search for new business customers and maintenance of relations with existing customers;
- Product presentation, technical consulting and offering solutions according to their needs;
- Commercial offers, negotiations and conclusion of contracts;
- Market monitoring, customer needs analysis, sales process management;
- Sales strategy implementation and results analysis;
- Customer billing control.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education;
- Have sales experience in B2B sales, preferably in the heating, air conditioning, ventilation sector;
- You understand the importance of customer service well and are results-oriented;
- You are communicative, responsible;
- You are able to work both independently and in a team;
- You are able to technically advise customers, select air conditioning equipment, heat pumps, ventilation equipment and materials.
