Accurately enter customer orders into the company's internal system: pricing, delivery terms.
Work with the "Rivile" accounting program.
Ensure that all information about orders is entered correctly and on time, in accordance with internal procedures.
Track the progress of orders from receipt to delivery, inform customers about status or changes.
Maintain a tidy database and contribute to the preparation of reports.
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the manager.

Higher or higher education (can be a final year student).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Good computer skills (MS Office, email, databases).
