Nature of work

  • Perform technical maintenance of buildings, organize and perform regular, periodic (annual) and extraordinary inspections of building structures, engineering systems and equipment, prepare inspection reports, technical reports and other mandatory technical maintenance documentation.
  • Identify defects in building structures and engineering systems, assess their technical condition, identify the need for repair, modernization and construction surveys, prepare defect reports and technical conclusions.
  • Coordinate and control the work performed by contractors, ensuring compliance with work deadlines, cost control and the quality of the work performed.
  • Administer and process data in the Building Data Bank Information System (PDBIS), ensuring the relevance of technical documentation and compliance with the requirements of legal acts.

Employee requirements

  • Higher or higher education in engineering (construction, civil engineering or related field).
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the field of technical maintenance, operation or construction of structures.
  • Good knowledge of structural structures, engineering systems and their operation processes.
  • Valid qualification certificate of a construction manager of a special structure and/or a technical maintenance manager of a special structure.
  • Knowledge of legal acts regulating the field of construction, the Law on Construction, construction technical regulations (STR) and other regulatory documents.
  • Good computer skills, ability to prepare technical documentation, reports and other operational documents.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian, both spoken and written.
  • Valid category B driver's license.
