Nature of work
- Organize and conduct employee search and selection for work in Scandinavia, in the construction sector;
- Prepare job advertisements and publish them on job search portals and social networks;
- Organize job interviews, assess candidates' experience and suitability;
- Fill in the candidate database and maintain contact with current and potential employees;
- Contribute to the recruitment process and personnel documentation administration.
Expectations for the candidate
- Experience in personnel selection (working with positions in the construction sector is a big advantage);
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Result-oriented and high quality of work;
- English language proficiency is an advantage.
