We are currently inviting an intern to join the team in the personnel department for a fixed-term period.

Nature of work
- Creating, posting and updating job advertisements;
- Initial interviews with candidates, involving hiring managers;
- Administration of candidates in the selection system;
- Cooperation with the Employment Service;
- Contribution to the improvement of the personnel selection process.
Requirements
- Higher education (can be a final year student);
- Good Lithuanian language skills, Russian, English language skills are an advantage;
- Organization, communication skills, initiative and desire to learn and improve in the field of personnel selection.
