Responsibilities
- You will manage the entire selection process from A to Z – from clarifying the need with managers to the first day of work of a new team member;
- You will actively search for and attract specialists and managers (project managers, construction managers, engineers, etc.), without being afraid to “knock first”;
- You will create and update job advertisements, manage candidate attraction channels and ensure that the message reaches the right people;
- You will ensure the quality of selections, deadlines and positive candidate experience – for us it is not only the result that is important, but also how it is achieved;
- You will constantly look for what we can do even better: you will share insights, provide suggestions and contribute to the improvement of selection processes and good practices;
- You will monitor and analyze selection data, draw conclusions from them and help make data-based decisions.
Expectations for the candidate
- You have at least 1 year of experience in personnel selection – in-house or in an agency – and you feel confident in managing selection processes;
- You know how to choose where and how to search for the most suitable candidates – you evaluate the effectiveness of channels and boldly choose what works;
- You are a strong communicator, focused on results, for whom it is important not only to “close the position”, but also to find the right person;
- You are able to argue your insights, constructively discuss with managers and help them make decisions about candidates;
- You think beyond daily tasks – you provide suggestions on how to improve the selection strategy, processes and action plan, and want to contribute to real changes.
