HR Operations Specialist

We are currently looking for aHuman Resources Operations Specialist. If you like working with documents, value the accuracy of processes and are able to communicate smoothly with both managers and employees - this offer is just for you!

Main position responsibilities:

• Ensure comprehensive implementation of HR processes and support for employees throughout their career in the company - from recruitment to termination (additional benefits, vacation, business trips, salary and other issues)
• Preparation of personnel documents (employment contracts, supplements, terminations, orders, etc.)
• Cooperation with department heads, consulting on HR issues
• Coordination of employees and assistance with daily HR issues
• Preparation of reports, systematization of personnel data
• Administration of training, provide assistance in organizing company events
• Implementation of efficiency and automation of personnel processes

We expect that you:

• Have experience working in a group of companies (the ability to administer processes for several legal entities would be a great advantage)
• Have experience in administering personnel documentation
• Have worked with internal data and document management systems
• Have good knowledge of Lithuanian labor law and "Sodra" processes
• Like order in documents and are able to effectively solve emerging problems
• Have excellent communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Salary

From 2441 - 2809 EUR/month before taxes.
