Primary responsibilities
We are looking for an active, organized and responsible personnel search manager who will contribute to the effective personnel search of the company.
📌 We will entrust you with:
🎯 Involvement in all activities related to employee selection, adaptation during the probationary period and employee engagement in the production department.
🤝 Cooperation with the personnel manager in planning the need for new employees and search terms.
🔍 Active search for new candidates through various channels (including Career Days, maintaining relations with educational institutions).
📝 Creation of job advertisements, their visualization and placement on social networks and job portals.
📞 Guiding candidates through the selection process: from the first contact to employment, including maintaining feedback and consulting on visas and residence permits.
🚀 If you have ideas and initiative, you will be able to implement your own personnel management projects.
📌 We will entrust you with:

If you meet the criteria:
🔎 What do we expect from you?
🎓 Higher education (preferably in the field of personnel management, psychology or administration).
📌 Experience in personnel selection is desirable, in the manufacturing industry.
📚 Good knowledge of labor law and personnel administration.
🤝 Organizational and communication skills, initiative and ability to work independently.
💻 Excellent computer skills (MS Office, personnel management systems - an advantage).
🗣️ Knowledge of Russian and English is required.
🎓 Higher education (preferably in the field of personnel management, psychology or administration).

Our journey in the world of ice cream began in 1950 as a family-run business. This is where our story began, which has been developing consistently, with ambition and clear taste to this day.
Today, our ice cream reaches consumers all over the world – from the nearest European countries to more distant exotic markets.
