Personnel Assistant

Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services (KAMS) is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our current HR team.

We are looking for someone who cares about the people working in the company and their experiences in the organization. This is someone who is not afraid to initiate process improvements, communicates boldly with managers and seeks the best solutions to help our team work together more smoothly and efficiently.

✈ Coordination and administration of the temporary staff recruitment process
✈ Planning and organization of staff travel and accommodation
✈ Assistance in personnel selections
✈ Administration of personnel documents and data
✈ Administration of internal personnel programs
✈ Consulting employees on personnel issues
✈ Organization and implementation of projects and events aimed at improving the working environment
✈ Participation in events representing the company
✈ Administration of social networks
✈ Preparation of presentations for company employees
✈ Preparation and updating of documents and reports related to personnel management
✈ Other tasks related to personnel management and administration

✈ Responsibility, initiative, communication skills and attention to detail
✈ Good computer skills (MS Office package)
✈ Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (oral and written)
✈ Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to emerging tasks
✈ Studies in the field of human resources, law or psychology are an advantage;
✈ Work experience in the field of human resources management is an advantage.
