Personnel Specialist

Preparation and administration of personnel documents (conclusion, termination of employment contracts, administration of business trips and vacations);
Preparation of internal company procedures and documents (contracts, orders, letters, certificates, etc.);
Accounting for working hours of seconded employees;
Ordering and controlling A1 certificates;
Management of occupational safety and health documentation, ordering ESDC;
Administration of employee registrations and preparation and submission of documentation to clients;
Other current tasks delegated by the manager.

At least 1 year of work experience in the field of personnel administration;
Knowledge of personnel management processes and the Law of the Republic of Lithuania;
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English, knowledge of Russian is a great advantage;
Good computer literacy skills (MS Office, MS Excel is a must);
Communication skills, diligence, responsibility, initiative;
Excellent time planning, organizational and cooperation skills.
