We will entrust you with a job where you will have:
- To formulate and implement a personnel strategy, ensuring its compliance with the company's business objectives.
- To be a strategic partner of the management team on issues of organizational development, change and people management.
- To create and strengthen the organizational culture, initiate initiatives that promote engagement and cooperation.
- To develop and implement an employer image strategy, increasing the company's visibility and attractiveness to talents.
- To plan and coordinate the development of competencies, including a strategic project - the development and implementation of a competency model.
- To form a competitive remuneration and fringe benefits system, organize annual remuneration reviews.
- To manage occupational safety and health and environmental compliance processes, including risk assessment, prevention and incident investigation.
What do we expect from you:
- Higher education and at least 5 years of experience in personnel management.
- Strategic thinking, ability to manage the entire personnel function and work with a wide range of responsibilities.
- Leadership by inspiring, developing and mobilizing the team for a common goal.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, ability to work with different levels of the organization.
- Independence, initiative and responsibility for the result.

We produce about 800 buses per year and regularly export about 90% of our production to 18 European countries, where we operate through specialized sales partners. We plan that 2026 will be another record year.
