BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Detailed analysis of commercial offers of subcontractors and suppliers;
- Preparation of estimates, cost analysis and recommendations for decision-making;
- Active communication with suppliers and subcontractors;
- Negotiations on the best prices, payment terms and other commercial conditions;
- Cooperation with project managers and engineers, ensuring timely delivery;
- Coordination of contracts, documentation of procurement procedures and updating of the database;
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have a higher education in civil engineering or are a final year student;
- You have similar work experience in the construction sector (in the areas of purchasing, supply, estimating or project administration);
- You are able to read and understand construction drawings and technical documentation;
- You are able to work with a large amount of information, you are attentive to details when preparing comparisons;
- You have strong negotiation skills and are able to substantiate your opinion with arguments;
- You want to improve and are not afraid to take responsibility and solve emerging challenges;
