We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join the team and help ensure smooth component supply in technologically interesting projects.

What are you going to do
You will communicate with international suppliers (optical components, crystals, mechanics, technological components) - orders, price and term coordination;
You will prepare RFQ requests, compare received offers and select the most suitable suppliers;
You will monitor the market, assess supplier reliability and potential supply risks;
You will work together with R&D, quality and production teams to ensure that the required components reach production on time;
As you gain experience, you will contribute to long-term supply solutions.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain or technology project coordination;
Analytical thinking and ability to work with technical documentation;
Good English skills (written and spoken) – essential;
Knowledge of optics / photonics is not necessary – we will teach product specifics (technical or engineering education would be an advantage);
Experience with ERP systems – an advantage.
