We are looking for
A smart and proactive team member who would help us strengthen our position in the local market. If you are familiar with the processes of the agricultural sector, have a "feel" for the market and are able to work effectively with both people and numbers - you could be the person we are looking for!
Nature of work
You will actively carry out grain purchases from farmers in the assigned region and ensure the execution of contracts;
You will look for new customers;
You will ensure a successful grain purchasing process from the submission of the offer to the arrival of the goods at the elevator or loading directly abroad;
You will monitor and record market changes and the competitive environment;
You will negotiate grain purchase and sale prices;
You will provide your customers with information by phone, e-mail or directly attend meetings.

Employee requirements
Excellent negotiation, communication, planning and problem-solving skills;
Higher education, may be a student;
Quick orientation, receptive to innovations, initiative, responsibility;
Good computer skills;
Driver's license;
Work experience in the agricultural sector/grain purchasing and sales would be an advantage;
