Purchasing Manager | Electronics Manufacturing

We are currently recruiting a Purchasing Manager to join our growing team in Vilnius, Svylos St. 16.

Our devices are developed and assembled in Teltonika's electronics manufacturing units - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

We create all the necessary conditions for each employee to improve their skills, gain detailed knowledge of the products we manufacture, and grow professionally in every way.

In this position, you will:

• Coordinate the supply of parts.
• Create orders for suppliers, coordinate them, and control their execution.
• Monitor and administer warehouse balances.
• Ensure component quality and delivery deadlines.
• Analyze markets, suppliers and pricing trends.
• Manage supplier performance and sign contracts.
• Initiate and implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects.
• Participate in the development process of new products/projects, ensuring supply solutions.
• Actively cooperate with suppliers and internal departments, achieving a common result.

What we expect from you:

• Higher education.
• Work experience in the field of procurement.
• English language skills at least B2 level.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and make decisions based on data.
• Good computer literacy skills (especially in Excel).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with several tasks at once.
• Responsibility, diligence, stubbornness, flexibility, result orientation and initiative.
• Advantage: knowledge of the basics of contract law.

Salary

Assessing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer an attractive salary that matches the skills and competence. The salary for this position starts from 14 Eur/hour. To 19 Eur/hour. (~2352-3192 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

• The employment contract specifies a fixed hourly salary excluding taxes.
