📄We are looking for a PLANNING SPECIALIST to join our team!
We are expanding our team and are looking for someone who can effectively manage project planning and registration of seconded employees, accommodation and transport coordination processes.
📢This is a position for someone who likes order, is able to quickly navigate situations and ensure that all processes run smoothly.

✅Type of work:
- Planning of employees seconded abroad (allocation by projects and facilities);
- Performing employee registrations for projects and submitting necessary documentation to clients;
- Planning and organizing residence (home/accommodation);
- Car distribution, crew planning;
- Travel organization (flights, transport, routes, etc.);
- Managing daily changes and unforeseen situations;
- Preparing reports and providing information to management;
- Communicating with employees, project managers and partners;
- Other organizational and administrative work.
