Nature of work
- Ensure smooth planning of product, material and service flows
- Know the need for transport and provide timely information to the warehouse department
- Plan production export schedules, deadlines and routes
- Prepare raw materials and production acceptance and export documents
- Perform orders and movement accounting for material assets
- Plan the production of the sewing-cutting department according to established plans, deadlines, customer requirements
- Perform accounting and control of manufactured products and generated waste
- Work with AS400, DATINA, DEBETAS, etc. systems.
- Prepare and send reports to responsible persons in the UK according to the established procedure
- Fill out the department's timesheet and accounting documents
- Fill out, prepare, manage, maintain other necessary documentation
- Perform inventory of raw materials, production and other assets
- Get acquainted with the planning and logistics processes of the Yarn Department and perform replacement functions during the employee's absence
- Other tasks assigned by the direct/department manager
