Your role in the team
You will work directly with the management team and business units, translating data into clear, actionable insights. Your main product will be Power BI reports and dashboards that will help you monitor project progress, sales, finances, and other important business metrics.
Your responsibilities
- Connect to existing company systems (databases, ERP, Excel/SharePoint) and create data connections in Power BI;
- Design and create interactive reports and dashboards based on business needs;
- Collaborate with managers and department heads to understand the purpose and value of the report;
- Manage and update existing reports, responding to changing business needs;
- Ensure data quality and accuracy in reports;
- Document the solutions created and train colleagues to use the dashboards.
Your strengths and experience
- At least 2 years of practical Power BI experience (data models, DAX, Power Query / M language);
- Ability to connect to SQL databases and write basic SQL queries;
- Understanding of data modeling principles (star schema, relationships between tables);
- Ability to translate a business question into a visualization structure;
- Initiative - you know how to set priorities yourself and work without constant supervision;
- Lithuanian language - excellent.
Advantage
- Experience in the IT, construction or project management sector;
- Experience with Power BI Service / Power BI Premium capabilities;
- Knowledge of Azure data warehouses or Dataverse;
- Basic Python or R skills for data processing.
