What will be your responsibilities?
Finance Department:
Personnel Department:
Transport Operations Center:
- Administration of transport documents (waybills), their registration in the internal system and archiving, as well as issuing and administering sales invoices.
- Administration of tractor-trailer return documents, administration of sublease processes, registration of fines and collection of lower-risk invoices.
Personnel Department:
- Assistance to personnel managers in filling out driver documents, administering data in programs.
Transport Operations Center:
- Release of drivers, acceptance from a trip, preparation of necessary documents, timely scanning of tractor-trailer tachographs and driver tachograph cards and administration of fines (KET), creation of incidents.
- Consulting drivers on issues of wages, mobility package and levels, preparation and approval of settlements, administration of driver reports.
What do you need for successful work?
- English language skills in writing and speaking (from B2 level).
- Motivation and responsible approach to the tasks performed.
- Russian language - an advantage (for internship positions in the transport operations center and personnel department), but not required in the finance department.
