About us
We are looking for an active, responsible and curious team member who will help coordinate design processes, prepare documentation and collaborate with architects, engineers and institutions.
The position is perfect for a specialist with a degree in architecture or urban planning who wants to grow in the field of design and real estate development.

Main responsibilities:
- Assistance in coordinating design processes
- Preparation of minutes of design meetings
- Systematization and administration of design materials
- Preparation of design contracts
- Communication with architects, engineers and coordinating institutions
- Preparation of requests and documents for institutions
- Preparation of diagrams and drawings
What do we expect from you:
- Higher education in architecture or urban planning
- 1–2 years of work experience in design or related field (advantage)
- Ability to work with AutoCAD or other design programs, 3D modeling skills are an advantage.
- Curiosity, responsibility, diligence and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and manage information in an organized manner
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English
