Employee requirements
- Experience in construction or project management;
- Ability to independently organize and manage projects;
- Responsibility, leadership and good communication skills;
- Knowledge of construction processes;
- Ability to work in a team and make decisions;
- Category B driver's license;
- Higher education in construction is an advantage.
Job functions and responsibilities:
- Planning and coordination of apartment building construction projects;
- Organization and control of construction work at sites;
- Creating work schedules and ensuring deadlines;
- Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and teams;
- Project budget control;
- Communication with customers, designers and technical supervision;
- Construction documentation administration;
- Quality control and organization of work delivery.
Place of work:
Mainly Kaunas and Kaunas district, but projects may also be in other cities of Lithuania.
