Project Manager | Electrical Engineering | Polish

We are currently inviting an proactive and collaborative project manager to join the BSW Engineering team, who would be responsible for organizing electrical works for industrial buildings in foreign countries. Good knowledge of English and Polish is required for this position, as you will have to cooperate with international customers, partners and project teams in your daily activities.

• Higher education (in electrical engineering, energy or a related field - an advantage);
• At least 2 years of work experience in project management, construction, engineering or manufacturing;
• Team management experience;
• Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level) and fluent oral and written communication in Polish;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to communicate effectively with clients, partners and project teams;
• Ability to plan work, make decisions and take responsibility for their implementation;
• Orientation to results, quality and meeting deadlines.

The salary is determined individually, taking into account the candidate's experience and competencies.
