- Preparation and administration of project documentation.
- Project risk assessment and implementation of solutions.
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of project management experience in the construction sector. (Apartments an advantage)
- Knowledge of construction processes, technologies and legislation.
- Ability to plan work, manage a team and make decisions.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, project management programs).
- Driver's license (category B).
- Responsibility, organization and result orientation.
