What are we looking for?
We are looking for an energetic, responsible and creative project manager to join our team, who not only loves working with people and ideas, but also understands well how a real, tangible result is created - from a sketch to a completed object.
Your work will include:
- Managing events, exhibitions, conferences, retail spaces and non-standard creative projects from idea to implementation;
- Collaborating with clients, designers, production team and partners;
- Coordination of project budgets, deadlines and teams;
- Representing the INK IDEA name professionally and with style;
We hope to have:
- Experience in project management (events, exhibitions, retail, manufacturing or similar environments)
- Understanding of production processes - you have "touched" production, know how different materials behave, and can assess the reality of solutions;
- Ability to work with different creative projects and find solutions when standard ones are not suitable;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Willingness to learn, experiment and grow with the team;
- Responsibility, organization and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
