Nature of work
Your role in the company:
- Engage in active sales, search for new customers and manage main sales in Lithuania and beyond;
- Present products for sale to potential customers and organize wholesale;
- Prepare commercial offers, including contracts;
- Analyze the market, competitors and customers, search for new sales opportunities;
- Control customer payments;
- Achieve sales goals;
- Regularly report to management.
Employee requirements
What kind of talents are we looking for:
- Ambitious and goal-oriented person, determined to win;
- Positive B2B sales experience in the construction industry (experience in building materials sales is a must);
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a changing environment;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and attention to detail;
- Very good MS Excel knowledge and data analysis skills, ability to evaluate your choice against other scenarios;
- Good knowledge of current construction market situations, industry knowledge;
- Strong oral and written Lithuanian and English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage).
