Your main tasks
- Manage the organization's project and program portfolio (from initiation to closure);
- Ensure the connection between strategic goals, investments and project results;
- Implement and improve project management processes, standards and methodologies;
- Lead a team of project managers: develop, shape responsibility and leadership;
- Ensure project implementation within deadlines, budget, scope and quality;
- Manage project risks, escalations and complex situations;
- Work closely with sales, finance and technology teams;
- Contribute to proposal preparation, contract implementation and customer relationship management;
- Work with large-scale IT, infrastructure, digitalization and business transformation projects;
- Have the opportunity to make a real impact on the organization's operational efficiency;
- Work with strategic projects, clients and top-level management;
- Be able to implement your ideas in the field of project management;
- You will have a wide range of activities: from strategy to practical implementation.
Our expectations:
- Higher education (in IT, engineering, management or related field);
- At least 5 years of project/program management experience;
- Team or department management experience (at least 2 years);
- Experience in managing medium to large-scale IT projects or programs;
- Ability to manage a project portfolio and work with strategic priorities;
- Experience working with B2B and/or B2G sector clients;
- Understanding of sales processes and project implementation “from proposal to delivery”;
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills;
- Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Good knowledge of English.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or other certificates;
- Experience working with MS Project, ServiceNow, Jira or similar tools;
- Experience in creating or transforming a project management department or PMO.
