Dare to act!
- I will consult Vilnius residents and apartment building owners on renovation issues;
- I will encourage apartment building owners to participate in the apartment building renovation program;
- I will help apartment building owners understand the benefits of renovation and accompany them until the successful implementation of the project;
- I will cooperate with apartment building administrators;
- I will initiate, organize and prepare documents related to the implementation of the apartment building renovation project;
- I will prepare reports, applications, requests, responses related to the implementation of renovation projects;
- I will coordinate and control the preparation and presentation of the apartment building renovation investment plan to the owners of the premises.
To be successful, you will need:
- higher university or higher non-university education (required);
- successful B2C sales experience;
- ability to express thoughts fluently, confidently and correctly orally and in writing in Lithuanian;
- at least 1 year of project management experience;
- professional communication and flexibility in solving problem situations;
- excellent knowledge of MS Office programs;
- driver's license (category B) and car (advantage).
