Nature of work
- Planning trips and driver changes;
- Organizing driver changes in Europe;
- Daily communication with drivers in EN and RU;
- Coordination of drivers before departure on a trip;
- Providing information about the trip, route and change points;
- Planning and coordinating the routes of the replacement bus;
- Monitoring driver locations and updating routes in real time;
- Responding promptly to delays or route changes;
- Coordination of the delivery of important parcels and documents with the replacement transport;
- Assistance to drivers when traveling to and from their term of office;
- Daily problem solving and communication with transport management;
- Working with GPS and transport monitoring systems;
- Organizing transport, hotels and trips for drivers;
- Entering information and providing administrative support to the transport department.
Employee requirements
- Similar work experience is required;
- Good spoken English and Russian;
- Excellent communication skills and people orientation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
