Our restaurant, located in the Mega shopping center in Kaunas, has been working for more than 16 years and is looking for an energetic, responsible and results-oriented Restaurant Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Organization and supervision of daily restaurant activities;
Team building, motivation and work organization;
Ensuring high customer service standards;
Analysis of sales results and improvement of operational efficiency;
Drawing up work schedules;
Ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality and internal order requirements.
