Job description
Development of real estate projects – positioning and creation of visual identity.
Management of marketing and sales tools for real estate projects – planning and implementation. Planning of marketing campaigns, tracking and analysis of metrics, ensuring the set goals.
Management of marketing budgets – planning, tracking and effective use of resources to achieve the set results.
Communication management of real estate projects – planning and implementation of a content network, including digital advertising, social networks, PR agencies, public media, partnerships and other communication tools.
Generation of new ideas and search for innovative solutions in the areas of marketing and communication, in order to maintain the competitiveness and visibility of the company.
Analysis of the competitive environment and tracking market trends and application of best practices at work.

Expectations for your competencies and skills
At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing (in a IT company - an advantage).
Excellent project management skills and the ability to plan time effectively.
Creativity, innovation and strategic thinking.
Excellent writing skills, the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both Lithuanian and English.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads, social networks, SEO, analytics) and the ability to analyze their results.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to plan time effectively.

Salary
from 2000 to 2500 Eur (cash on delivery) The salary will depend on the candidate's work experience and will be further discussed and agreed upon during negotiations with the selected candidate.
