As an RMA specialist you will:
- You will work with the acceptance, inspection, packaging and shipping of returned goods.
- You will enter returns and purchase orders into the accounting system "Axapta".
- You will administer invoices and other documentation related to returns.
- You will communicate with manufacturers regarding compensation for defective goods.
- You will administer the remaining defective goods in the warehouse, carry out their control and organize the disposal process.
