Nature of work
The Vilnius branch of "Maisto bankas" invites an energetic volunteer coordinator who believes in the idea of volunteer work to join its team.
We will entrust the volunteer coordinator with the following tasks:
Full-time work, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, by contact.
We will entrust the volunteer coordinator with the following tasks:
- search for and attract new volunteers through various channels;
- maintain volunteer records in the registration system;
- present "Maisto bankas" volunteering at events, career fairs, educational and other institutions;
- record volunteering moments and internal communication;
- organize events for volunteers and find other motivational tools;
- mobilize and coordinate volunteers in certain, specific projects.
Full-time work, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, by contact.
You will do well in this job if you:
- you understand that working with people requires persistence, patience, effective communication, empathy and a lot of energy;
- you take a responsible approach to work and are able to independently organize your activities;
- you are not afraid of public speaking;
- you quickly orient yourself and adapt to changing circumstances;
- you are fluent in computer work (MS Office, Google Apps);
- you can communicate in Russian (advantage);
- you have experience of voluntary work, work with volunteers or work in human resources management;
- you have a driver's license and a car (advantage).
