We are looking for a Service Manager to join Technical Development Team in Vilnius. You will be responsible for the stable operation and ongoing development of the ServiceNow platform supporting finance service management. Acting as a bridge between finance stakeholders and technical teams, the position supports requirements definition, solution delivery, and user support to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive user experience.

We are looking for a Service Manager to join Technical Development Team in Vilnius. You will be responsible for the stable operation and ongoing development of the ServiceNow platform supporting finance service management. Acting as a bridge between finance stakeholders and technical teams, the position supports requirements definition, solution delivery, and user support to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure stable daily operation and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform for finance operations
- Gather and translate business needs into clear system requirements and prioritize changes
- Act as a bridge between business users and development teams to deliver solutions on time
- Support system changes across testing, deployment, and user adoption
- Manage user queries and provide guidance to ensure effective system use
- Participate in other cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing customer experience.
Basic requirements for the position
- Degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- Understanding of ServiceNow or similar service management or ticket systems (strong advantage)
- Experience working with IT teams on system improvements or projects
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements
- Strong understanding of what high‑quality customer service means in practice, with the ability to advocate customer service culture in system and process design
- Proactive, detail‑oriented team player with strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a customer‑service mindset
- Advanced written and spoken English; additional languages are considered as an advantage
